THE TASK

I want to develop and implement a thorough and well-prepared Mission Plan.

THE PROBLEM

The templates and aide-memoires I have been using to plan missions seem incomplete or lacking detail. I need input into the mission planning from several different people who live in different parts of the world, and combine the mission planning with detailed analyses of the site, threats, hazards and risks.

  • Hazard analysis of hazard that may influence the Mission, or be used by the threat actor as a threat vector (ie. flooding the Area of Operations, causing diversionary fires)
  • Risk analysis of the risks to the Mission.
